To this day, he still offers his 20+ years of direct marketing and business experience along with problem solving solutions to ensure the successful and timely completion of each project. Paul is proud to tell people how he started GT Marketing in the garage of his home almost 18 years ago in Closter, NJ. He has come far, with thousands of successful projects completed and many long term business relationships with happy clients. He has moved on from his garage to a 20,000 square foot facility that provides storage opportunities and is home to hundreds of thousands of dollars of top of the line industry standard equipment.

On Paul’s wedding day, he had no idea that his new brother in-law, Tommy Caplinger, would play such an important role in the success of GT Marketing. For over ten years, Tommy has been the person who looks at client needs and develops a comprehensive production plan. He uses extensive understanding of industry-standard equipment and printing capabilities along with thorough knowledge of USPS regulations to streamline production.

Several years ago, Paul reached out to his lifelong friend Jean to gain her valuable perspective about how to best incorporate new accounting procedures. Jean came for a short chat and ended up the reigning financial officer of GT Marketing. Jean brings a background in accounting in addition to twenty years of experience as Controller for Weyerhaeuser Corporation, where she oversaw a staff of 150+ employees and was a valued asset.

When GT Marketing first opened, Jennifer was the first and only employee who stood in the freezing cold to work with Paul’s first machine, a hand-fed paper folder. Years later, GT has grown into a successful, full-service direct mail and fulfillment house, and Jennifer enjoys a warm office of her own.
