On Paul’s wedding day, he had no idea that his new brother in-law, Tommy Caplinger, would play such an important role in the success of GT Marketing. For over ten years, Tommy has been the person who looks at client needs and develops a comprehensive production plan. He uses extensive understanding of industry-standard equipment and printing capabilities along with thorough knowledge of USPS regulations to streamline production.

Several years ago, Paul reached out to his lifelong friend, Jean E. Wilkins, to gain her valuable perspective about how to best incorporate new accounting procedures. Jean came for a short chat and ended up the reigning financial officer of GT Marketing. Jean brings a background in accounting in addition to twenty years of experience as Controller for Weyerhaeuser Corporation, where she oversaw a staff of 150+ employees and was a valued asset.
